Wow! Is there really anything you can say. I know some of you may not have had the connection to Michael Jackson that my generation had but before all the drama. Michael was what every kid wanted to be. I recall being a teen wearing Zipper Jackets and ear clips.
It’s just starting to sink in that he’s gone. I remember talking to my wife and using Michael Jackson lyrics to make her smile. On our honeymoon…almost 15yrs ago I was like “Do you remember the time we fell in love” “Do you remember the time when we first met girl” I say again Wow.
Also Lets not forget about Farah Fawcett. She was our heart for so long. She was “the California” girl we all dreamed about. She will always be an Angel to us.

Olivia Munn has got to be the coolest girl friend that any of us gamers have almost never had. She’s funny, and she’s smart and can stand next to Kevin Perera and not puke. She is the kind of girl we all want to be around but never run into. Most of all I think she’s just a really cool person.
RIGHT! She’s flipping H.O.T. That’s why we love her and I’m proud to say it. Now as some of you may know she had a reacent nipple slip. Yes that’s right the Gaming God hath smiled upon us and given a peek at the Golden Paradise that is Olivia Munn’s nipple. Now I’m sure you are wondering well Blade where is the pic. Well I’m not going to post it. That’s right I’m not going to contine the madness to get a look at her nipple. The reason behind this madness? I think it show better taste not to post it here but to tell you that you can find it out on Reddit. It’s on the front page of the What’s Hot section. Instead I just wanted to bring attention to the chance of a lifetime.
Truthfully our sponsors said no to posting Nudity. Not even Olivia Nuidty which I think is even better than regular nudity.

Fans of the new Fight Night Round 4 featuring Iron Mike Tyson are reporting the game is freezing up at the title screen. Now I have my own theories about why the game may be freezing up. Here are my top reasons Fight Night Round 4 may be freezing up:
- Your Xbox knows that Mike Tyson is on the game and is so scared that it just sits there not wanting to start.
- The family rating is turn on and your Xbox is afriad that Iron Mike is actually going to eat your children.
- Iron Mike has already beaten all the players in the game so what’s the point.
Well mabey it’s none of the reasons I’ve given above but until we get an answer from EA we can only guess.

It’s official and we are calling Dibs on coining this year of 2009 “The Year of the Zombie in Gaming” That’s right you have heard it here first on AGZ.
I’ll be the first to tell you that I’m no fan of the un-dead. I’m not crazy about the movies and put down the first Resident Evil for weeks as I found it so disturbing to play. There was just something about the killing of humanity lost that bothered me. It’s one thing to play a normal FPS and shoot other soldiers or aliens, but it’s a big difference from dropping some slugs in what use to be the girl next door.
With that said I think without a doubt 2009 is in fact “The Year of the Zombie in Gaming”. So lets quantify that statment with some facts and how I’ve come to this conclusion.
I decided to look at the past year in gaming starting with 2008 and rounding out to this year here’s my list:
- The Last Guy – PS3 A rescue game in which the player character must guide civilians to escape from monster-infested cities.
- The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai – Check our review
- Left 4 Dead – A multiplayer, survival game that features zombie-like “infected” characters. It is produced by Turtle Rock and Valve. ( Oh and for the Fans of this game Screw you Valve for the LFD 2)
- Left 4 Dead 2 – Sequel to L4D
- Dead Space – Player is trapped on spaceship with aliens that reanimated and mutated the corpses of the previous crew.
- Halo 2 and 3 – Yes that’s right “The Flood” & “the Grave Mind” take over the the bodies of Human and Covenant…That’s a Zombie brother!
- Plants vs. Zombies – Puzzle game where the player controls plants and attempts to keep zombies from eating their master’s brain.
- Resident Evil 5 – Parasitic type of zombies created by the Umbrella Corp.
- Teenage Zombies: Invasion of the Alien Brain Thingys! - Think this one died before release
- Touch the Dead – FPS that challenges a player to eradicate hundreds of waves of zombies in prisons, swamps, and military bases. (Really Bad for the DS)
- Zombie Wranglers – A downloadable Xbox Live Game. Save the city of Potters Field from an infestation of zany zombies
- Dead Rising – You play a reporter trying to scoop what’s going on in a small mid-western town. It’s Zombies of course.
- Dead Rising 2 – Coming this Fall.
- Onechanbara Bikini Zombie Slayers – We don’t even need to describe this one. Take a guess. Two Girls, Swords and Zombies.
Ok that’s a pretty good list of twelve Zombie related games which I think prove my point that about us calling Dibs on naming 2009 “The Year of the Zombie in Gaming”
So no matter if you like the genre or not Zombie games are more popular than ever with more to come this year and I’m sure there may be some titles I’ve missed.

Ex-E3 booth babes protesting the “E3 for Everyone” more family friendly E3. Later the guard tased them… sort of reminded me of Infamous 
Yep another year has passed and E3 is done for 2009. We decided to do a little wrap-up since we tweeted all the E3 news as it happened.
Microsoft stole the thunder at E3 with some great titles and an exciting demo of “Project Natal.” It was so popular that Jimmy Falon talked about it and even featured a demo on the show.
Microsoft even poked a little fun (if you play that way) at Nintendo saying that with Natal you actually have to get up and not just wave some wand around. That got big laughs from all in attendance.
Nintendo really only showed Wii MotionPlus, an attachment announced at last year’s E3. It’s part of that Wii Active game which is now collecting dust ( Honey pick up the Wiimote and strap that thing on your leg. The game won’t play it’s self) from non-use. Nintendo Fans only got one really new treat Wii Vitality Sensor, which can check a player’s pulse. Ok so I’m thinking well if you make a new 24 game based on the series you can use it as a deadman switch. Or you could measure the pulse pounding action in the new Mario Galaxy 2 ( Wasn’t one enough) that was announced. Oh and there is another Wii Fit coming your way.
Microsoft’s motion control device, “Project Natal,” combines a camera, depth sensor, microphone and processor. Microsoft said the gadget can track players’ full body movement, recognize face and voice and respond to physical and vocal commands. Notice how we went right back to Microsoft. Yeah it pretty much went like that durning E3 also.
The demon for “Project Natal” included “Milo,” a virtual boy who can communicate and interact with the player. Milo frightens me just a little bit as he can respond to your emotions. No word from Microsoft about a release date on “Project Natal” or Skynet… whichever you perfer.
The Beatles: Rockband! Paul and Ringo made an appearance which seemed a little uncomfortable for them, but it was great seeing the two on stage together.
They announced 10 new games that will be released exclusively on the Xbox 360 we are featuring six of them:
- Crackdown 2 -Again wasn’t one enough?
- Left 4 Dead 2 – Too soon? Some players think so, but what a cool trailer.
- Splinter Cell Conviction – A mix of Jason Borne like movments and true tactical gameplay.
- Forza Motorsport 3
- Halo: ODST – Halo Fanboys everywhere are doing the happy dance. They followed this with a second announcment of another Halo Game. The details are still setchy on this one.
- Alan Wake – Yep it’s coming and the demo looked…like freaking RE1 with the exception of being able to walk a little more freely. Anyone else think that?
For Xbox Live Microsoft announced the ability to access social networking sites Facebook and Twitter beginning this fall. Yeah I wonder if I can change my backgrounds?
Sony’s motion-control gizmo was a wand-shaped apparatus with a light-emitting sphere on the end that can be “seen” by a PlayStation Eye camera. Demonstrated with software that transformed it on-screen into objects such as a sword and flashlight with one-to-one motion control. Can you say Wii MotionPlus.
“If you look at the consumer that is playing ‘God of War III’ or playing ‘Killzone 2,’ they’re not typically somebody who may be the biggest Wii consumer,” said Jack Tretton, SCEA president. I guess you will get to swing the remote around to get off some of Kratos signature moves.
Sony also revealed “the Best (worst) kept secret of E3″: the PSP Go, a small wi-fi enabled handheld device that relies only on downloads instead of discs. Okay you can’t leak it then act as if it’s a surprise to everyone. It was kinda cool though.
The game linup is strong for Sony this year with
- Final Fantasy XIV
- ModNation Racer – A user-generated racing game.
- Agent – from Rockstar Games.
- Gran Turismo
- Metal Gear Solid -More madness from Kojima
Sony also announced several titles for PSP. It’s about time but none were really worth mentioning here.
